Two Possible "Lewis" Campbell articles. Pretty likely the CIO one is him

Further info re Louis Campbell; this is the marriage application for his first marriage. Father and Mother names match info from FBN book. Can anyone read the birthplace of Louis' Father?
In the FBN book, Louis Campbell's mother is named Jessie Cianfrana. It looks like her full name was Gelsomina Cianfrana/Cianfrani/Cianfronni b.1874. She seems to have married William McPherson Campbell in 1895, had Louis in 1897 before dying of Pneumonia in 1899. At time of death, she and William resided in Philadelphia. On her marriage certificate, her birthplace is named as Naples.

They weren’t directly related, that’s clear. The connection would have to be through Vincenza Gioe, as she was the only one among the siblings to marry a Belmontesi, Casimiro Spera.

The Barrale’s neighbor (and likely relative) Adamo Pepitone was married to Girolama Spera; however she was Salvatore Spera’s daughter while Casamiro was the son of Benedetto Spera.

There was a lot of intermarriage among these families so there could be something that I just haven’t found yet.

Mike Galassi wasn’t married to an Orlando, his wife was Anna Marchese. However, he was Rose Orlando’s half-brother. Her mother Giovanna Oliveri had three kids with Teodoro Orlando (Andrea, Rose, Pietro) before having two kids with Salvatore Galassi (Nicolo and Michele).

Essentially, he was Tony Perella’s half-uncle.

Also have you found any details on Giammona and Barrale's other associate Salvatore Randazzo? He lived in Bridgeton and was around their age. There were Randazzos from Carini in South Jersey and it's a big name in Carini, not sure about him. Speaking of that...

A possible early Philly member in the 1920s-30s was Croce Pecoraro from Carini. He was aready senior in age when he arrived to Philly in 1921 but his daughters married two future Colombo consiglieri, Joe Buffa and Benedetto D'Alessandro both also from Carini. Other Carinese mafia figures were also connected to this clan that had the name Randazzo. Pecoraro later moved to Brooklyn where he lived with D'Alessandro. Interestingly it was Benedetto D'Alessandro who drove Angelo Bruno around Sicily when he visited.

ANTHONY PERELLA
(Antonio, Kid Lightning, Lightning Kid, Johnny Ray, King Kong, Parella, Perrella, Pirella)
DOB: Apr 20 1909
POB: Philadelphia, PA
F: Antonio Perella
M: Rosa Orlando
W: Jennie Patti [Blanche DeFelice - Div.]
Occupation: Owner - Oyster House (66 W Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ)
Address: 305 Oakwood Dr, Newfield, NJ
Prior addresses: 734 Peach St, Vineland, NJ; 621 Montrose St, Vineland, NJ; 530 Almond St, Vineland, NJ; 293 1st Ave, Newark, NJ; 227 N 15th St, Bloomfield, NJ; Gary, IN
Death: Sep 21 1966
Family from Misilmeri, Palermo, Sicily

———————-

His whole family was mobbed up:
-Father was likely an early Philly member before being killed on Nov 20 1924
-Sister Anna married Philly member Joseph Giammona (1885-1930)
-Sister Aida married Philly member Joseph Scafidi (1895-1985)
-Sister Sarah married Philly member Salvatore “Sam” Tramuta (1894-1963)
-Brother Joseph (1918-1998) was a Philly member

Boxed under the names “Kid Lightning” and “Johnny Ray” from ~1925-28

Lived in Gary, IN from ~1928-Jul 25 1935. Owned a liquor store at 3737 Broadway Ave, Gary, IN.

Lived in the Newark area from 1942-56. Involved in the ration stamp racket and ran a tailor shop next door to Sam Accardi’s parents house.

Was a terrible driver. He was involved in at least 4 separate accidents before being killed in a 5th.

———————-

I’d like to know more about his time in Gary, IN. I know there was a family there; his own family seems to have been pretty well connected so it’s possible that he had some hookup.

His time in Newark is interesting too. There was probably a link to the Accardis who had worked in the Vineland area before. In the early ‘50s, he was a part of the Frank Barrale (a relative through the Scafidis) Vineland crew while living in North Jersey.

Unlike the bulk of this faction who came from Newark’s Ironbound neighborhood, Dinorscio was from the Central Ward. He lived next door to Genovese member Rinaldo Reino and his family (455 S 12th St, Newark, NJ).

Interestingly, he was close to the Gallicchio and Campisi families. I couldn’t find anything on his father; in a Facebook comment, Tommy Campisi’s daughter said that their families had been close for 3 generations.

I stumbled across these when I was looking to trying to find some information on Louis Campbell, the surname is interesting. I don't believed I have seen either one of these posted before, I really skimmed through looking for Campbell so I know I missed alot. One interesting thing was one document referred to him as Lewis Cambpell and as Louis Campbell in another.

They are from 1962/63 information from an informant that was given to FBI, one thing i did noticed that I saw was in 1962 they didn't know "blond babes" actual name

In a conversation with Joe Magliocco, Angelo Bruno went on a very long monologue explaining what had happened in Philly:
