Very true! Scott’s Leonetti book is a great piece of work, and he deserves all the credit he can get for it.
You can't really get the full picture of the Scarfo story without it. It really fills in all the blanks to complete the story. Indispensable.

If that's the case, the article was worded poorly. I took it as Mickey was referred to as both.
That's how I took it too. First sentence calls Mickey a lieutenant.
