“Victim 1, known on the street as Rooster, resided in the Buffalo, New York, area. On or about 2015 continuing into 2022, the defendant threatened with bodily harm and discrediting Victim 1’s reputation, with the aim silencing his journalistic pursuit on information relating to IOC (Italian Organized Crime) in the Buffalo Area.”
“Victim 2 resides in the New England Area. On or about June 7th, 2021, the defendant used his vast influence to intimidate Victim 2 to prevent him from disclosing members or associates of the New England Branch of the LCN whom resided in Maine.”
“Unindicted co conspirator 1, Street name Pogo, often would act in conjunction to the defendant in threat of bodily and reputational harm to Victim 3, an organized crime reporter, to prevent him for publishing information about the Detroit LCN group.”
“On or around September of 2022, Victim 4, a former bookmaker who claims to be an associate of the Colombo and Trafficante groups operating in south Florida, was forced by the conspirators to continually adopt new aliases rather then risk exposure of rampant patterns of revealing his associations with ‘Made Guys’ (Gentlemen as he referred to them) to other parties, known and unknown.
