The only logical conclusion is greed. It's why Chin ignored Pete Savino. Such a blind spot.
That's the only answer I came up with...JB had to have been bringing Nigro some serious cash to ignore such allegations...
I agree - also if you read the Mike Ciampi thread on Cookie D'Urso's book (which I have just have not opened) apparently Nigro was never thought too highly of within the family. Nigro was always interesting to me but starting to realize he was perhaps a moron who was doing anything and everything to get ahead.

Rastelli was "fed up" with Infante.
Hey guys where can I find the Massino testimony ? Thanks

This is an older thread but I've edited my original post. The court document I found Bologna's 302s in contained one 302 from January 2005. Originally, I assumed that to also be one of Bologna's 302s but it was actually one of Peter Peluso's. It was the one that described a CI visiting Bellomo multiple times in prison throughout the 1990s and 2000s. So, to correct the record, Bologna did not visit Bellomo in prison, Peluso did (which makes a lot more sense).

9 July 2001:
- Jason Halpern of Halpern Construction has been with Gambino member Edward Garafola for about three years after working on a construction site in Staten Island
- Halpern is known to jump between different crews and families
- Guy Balso and Joseph Dente Jr brought Halpern to Parrello
- Parrello controls most of the construction in Westchester County
- Balso is the go between for Parrello with most contractors
Gaetano Balzo, Jr. right?

Like many murdered members he was killed for multiple infractions. From the Massino testimony thread:

I thought Gabe Infante got hit for fucking up 2 or 3 hits, including not properly disposing of Cesar Bonveture's remains?

The Bruno-FBI agent conversation re. Fusco's making occurred in a popular pizza joint in Springfield. They were both picking up pies to go and Bruno struck up the convo on his way out.

Yeah Bruno shouldn't have engaged a conversation and he paid the price. It's weird they admitted in one of the trials he wasn't a informant. Probably the judge made them for whatever reason. I remember reading the conversation. The agent like why did fusco get his button and Bruno basically told him he was locked up when it happened and he would have nixed it. Ya he sealed his fate
