I actually wonder whether the Gangland debacle will end up being an argument the defense tries to use in terms of the government advancing conspiracies and creating undue attention, etc....pry won't work but they will try.

I was starting to think it's someone under Ricciardo. If you read the detention memo most of the recordings involve him and the guy would go with him and Costa to meet with the union official.

I dont think they said the meeting where Russo was made Boss was recorded but they did have officers watching them that day.
