Deal he have a deal with the state/feds that they wouldn't indict anyone else who was there that day? People have mentioned Marty There and Michael Ryan...yet they wouldn't let Marty plead guilty to it...Michael Ryan was never charged? That murder and the details of it have always remained a gray area. Also the murder of John Redman. Tommy supposedly murdered him in his Toms River home and his torso was found alongside a golf course in Farmingdale NJ.

Michael Ryan was charged and acquitted. Upon Tommy flipping, he took a global federal plea of 10 years and acknowledged the murder. It is alleged Marty was the driver of the car but not proven. Al D'Arco testified to admissions that are not noted in his prior confessions.

I also felt and firmly 100% believe that David Chase got his inspiration for Carlo and Patsy’s kids at college with AJ Soprano in the final season of The Sopranos from the real life Seton Hall scene in the late 1990s/early 2000s. One of the kids in that crew eventually ended up getting straightened out (Johnny Perna). I remember they were like 7 years older than me at the time in Jersey I looked up to them so much they were like Gods walking the Earth to me with the hot women, party drugs, alcohol, endless cash, and cars.

My buddy was in that Frat with Johnny and his crew, I would visit him at Seton Hall to party when I was like 15, 16 years old at the time. The good old days….

Marty was let out for a few yrs about 10yrs ago on pending an appeal or something about his lawyer not doing a good job explaining the plea was a better deal.. Its was overturned and he was sent back to State prison for Life plus 10yrs. Tommy has been out of prison for a longtime now. Supposedly lives in FL. Not sure what happened to his younger brother Bo that flipped too. He was involved with the mom whos son lit the fire at the college that got Tommy to reach out to the feds so he could rat and get out of the 10yr plea deal he had.

I think you are right, he was banging some friend of the mother and then the other brother uses the info to get out.... wow haven't thought about that for along time

i thought there was some shit about a fake document or signature that sent Martin T back?
if it's on gambling and some bs that's really bad

There was an FBI document that he got through FOIPA that proved he wasn't involved in the Craporotta murder. It wasn't fake though I can't remember specifically if it was the judge or prosecutor who said maybe it was fake and then the newspapers picked that up without proof. But stuff like that has happened before - most recently with Joseph DiNapoli when he was trying to get compassionate release - and the judge questioned whether the signature on his medical documentation was real - a random statement for no reason and without proof as she denied him in that same hearing.

Taccetta went back because of what I described above. The entire case is completely convoluted and he shouldn't be sitting in jail right now - especially on a gambling and extortion charge.

He pled guilty to that recent RICO case for when he was out for a few yrs. He was holding court in some pizza place in Florham Park. I think he was going back Ralphs back to NY as well with Wayne Cross's kid if I remember correctly. I think they were meeting with DiNapoli. Marty has a cousin from the Bronx area as well . I think he might be an associate of the Lucchese family. I am not sure what they had on Marty for that Gambling case..From what I remember it had to do with Labor Racketeering involved a BMW dealership beig built? I think he was working with Andy Merola on that. I think he was caught on a wire tap I believe. It all seems so long ago. But Marty did really get screwed on the Jimmy Sinatra hit. That whole extortion centered around Tommy R. While marty , Michael and Tumac were involved in the shakedown in the hotel room in FL. Its was really Tommy R's racket. He lived at the shore and it was him who zeroed in on Shaking down Grayhound Electronics..not Marty. But Phil Leonetti did testify that he Met with Marty in AC about Grayhound. So he had that against him as well.

I couldnt agree with you more on Martins life sentence. LE says to themselves, well hes sitting in prison for all the shit he didnt get caught doing. Which I cant think of any other way to put how wrong that is.
