Nah it's not really a sicilian square and can't compare to those other two places...which are also great in their own right

This link has some pictures of how it looks and what it's all about. The ingredients they use have to be top notch

Ahhhh Roman Style! I’ll def give it a shot, thanks for the heads up.

That's high praise, high enough to get me to make a trip up to the Bronx not for a Yankee game or to bring my kids to the zoo.

Question.....I see you said square slices so I'm assuming you mean Sicilian style right?

Obviously Prince Street & Spumoni Gardens are the top dogs in that arena, you've had both of those and still think Enzo's in the terminal market is the best!?!

The pepperoni square at Prince Street is great.
If you can't make it to Enzo's go to Mario's, traditional napolitan' restaurant but their pizza is one of the best. You have many options in the area, Full moon if you're looking for a neighborhood slice shop (used to be Half Moon way back when).

I almost never eat at the more famous joints especially downtown cause they rarely if ever live up to the hype, but as far as square slices DiFara's in brooklyn is the best I've had.

You mean inside the Arthur Ave “Retail Market” building? Is the pizza different than at the original Enzo’s location?
Yeah they have a little section in the back corner there. I'm not sure if it's any different from the original location, I've never been. But they do square slices at the market
Thanks I didn’t realize they had a stall in the market, haven’t been in a while. I gotta check it out.

For Arthur Ave Zero Otto Nove is great (believe the owner is from Salerno).
Zero Otto Nove (089) is indeed the area code for Salerno, which is where that cockeyed jerkoff Roberto is from. Aside from being an arrogant asshole, he knows how to cook.
Is Enzo's worth the drive up to Arthur Ave? I hear it's great
Place is worth a stop. Excellent food, attentive staff.
Thanks Charlie!

This is the realest statement in this thread besides all the good restaurants I posted lol

Everytime I put on the news and another 78 year old bottle collecting chinese lady gets punched directly in the back of the head you can bet it’s a black guy who did it especially if the news makes absolutely no mention of the perpetrators race.
The one or two times it was a white guy they play up the white supremacy angle like it was a kkk lynching in the Deep South.
Perfectly said

How’s the food at Patsy’s Rigoletto lately? Anyone ate there recently?

For Arthur Ave Zero Otto Nove is great (believe the owner is from Salerno).
Zero Otto Nove , had the best swordfish I ever had in that restaurant which was completely shocking to me as I live at the Jersey Shore and typically eat fish and shellfish that was pulled out of the water that very day. Zero Otto Nove is probably the most “elegant” place on Arthur Ave , I’ve been to them all and my favorite is Dominick’s because I love how they don’t have a menu and you just tell them what you want, more restaurants should follow that lead. The baked clams appetizer at Dominick’s is to fucking die for!

Took my girl at the time to Zero Otto Nove after we hit up The Bronx Zoo, the whole time I was there with her and her massive mammaries hanging outta her shirt at the snake exhibit I was thinking about the scene from Sopranos were Tony raw dogs Gloria Trillo in that very same snake exhibit, didn’t work out for me the same way as it did for Tony LOL

I was at Pasquale’s on Arthur Ave last in Feb 2017, it was great- sat at the bar with my Cousin and Father.

Same bartender straight out of central casting who has been the bartender there for years ever since I first went there in 2009, I think he might be related to Patsy if I recall correctly from my conversations with him over the years as anytime I go there I have sat at the bar to eat and drink.

It’s a great red sauce joint that at least when Patsy was around used to have a lot of activity in the bar area if you know what I mean.....
