Looks like no one has been charged despite Delgatti being caught on tape. Any info I was missing or anybody from the area know any background ? Interested in this hit as it was more under the radar like the supposed disappearance of that one Chicago Outfit drug dealer Catalano or something in 2009
Castellano was caught up in a 2008 investigation that led to 175 people, including in Italy and Mexico, being arrested. For his part, Castellano was one of a few Genovese-connected brokers in NYC who bought cocaine in the U.S. and then exported it to Italy to be sold at higher prices. From what I've read, he agreed to cooperate after being freed on bail in 2009 and he ended up dead the following year.
