From what I remember the deal was that Crea could stay official underboss up until he got convicted. If that happened Patty Red would go from acting to official. It would have been a shame if they had to kill him, very few guys on the street as respected as Steve is.

DeSantis is acting boss. Delrusso acting, but becomes official if Crea get long sentance

Yes in 17 was when they called it a possible inter family war w the " Bronx faction" vs Queens .palazollo went back to prison bc of it.
It was March 27 2015 when Palazzolo was arrested for violating parole or supervised release.LE moved quickly for fear of violence
