I was going to send you the video of him speaking on a microphone, but it got deleted.
Does he actually have a high-pitched voice?
It’s not high like DeCarlo made it out to be, but it’s pretty high. He sounds like he’s in middle school still.
Maybe Carlo wasn't completely full of shit. A lot of people think he made up the high-pitched voice thing because of some personal grudge he had against Pitera, but if he's telling the truth about that it lends some credibility to the rest of the story.

Just did a bit of research, apparently Tommy Pitera was mad about the audio, and asked for it to be taken down. He sounds like Donald Duck irl

So how many bodies does this guy actually have on him? I saw the book in the library but I didn't grab it because I saw it was by the same guy who wrote the Iceman and Gaspipe books. Obviously he always had a rep as a killer but was the "serial killer" narrative around before the book came out?

You’ve heard him speak? There’s a tape recorded around of him in prison speaking to a lady that was doing like interviews about the prison system I think.

Before anyone jumps up screaming, remember, if Pitera had ratted early, and blamed Gangi and others, Phillip Carlo's book would have been Gangi: Anatomy of a Butcher! and people would be talking about Gangi the way they talk about Pitera.
Did he actually interview Pitera for the book?

Remember in the book it said bruno indelicato got him involved with family business he was in frank linos crew and was close with spero. He sold drugs and robbed dealers not sure what else he was involved in had quite a few associates kicking up.
