One report named D'Antonio as Louis Eboli's successor heading the Grand Avenue crew. He was very close to Lombardo.

Gerald Shallow is the last one. One of those listed is almost certainly James D'Antonio, as he was part of Chicago's "Top Thief" list for most of his life. Frank Cullotta is probably the one listed as associated with Tony Spilotro. Jerry Scalise is second-from-bottom.
