An inmate named Louis Ferrini interrupted a Trenton prison "making ceremony" in 1956 being conducted by Vincenzo Piazza. He was inducting Ralph Rosania, who was part of the murder-robbery case with Silvio DeVita, and George Insinnia was also present. Ferrini observed a picture of a saint, a burning candle, and that Rosania had his finger pricked.
Rosania died in 2012 and Insinnia in 2000, both still in North Jersey, and to my knowledge neither has ever been identified as a made member of any family. Rosania's obituary page shows a comment from one of the Campisi daughters, whose father was with the Genovese family. Given that Rosania associated with DeVita, it's possible he was associated in some way with the Genovese but there are no indications he was involved in mafia activity after his release from prison.
Piazza was an old time Sicilian with a murderous reputation. His affiliation has never been made clear, though he was described as running an "organization" in the state prison in Trenton and may have inducted the above "members" unofficially. However, it's funny that the books were open at the time.
