Magaddino repeats the name of a Vincenzio Manno, who could be Vincenzo Mangano. Frank Costello didn't make Mangano part of his army, but Scalise did. If that's the case, then the two Calabresi would probably have been killed in the 1930/31 time period. I'm sure other posters have their own guesses.
