It wasn't just a deportation charge. He would have served time here and then upon release been deported.

It is possible Sarcino took part in the murder in some sort of way. He’s serving 50 yrs so he doesn’t have anything to lose if he whacks someone while serving his sentence.

Seems like his whole family was involved his brother and cousin ratted on him and if i remember his wife was running things for him while he was away and another member i dont remember his name at the moment toom dinos customers basically fucked him over and said he wasnt entitled to shit cause he was away if i remember correctly. That shit had to hurt and he still stood tall the feds had to be coming at him hard to cooperate id like to think something could be done avoit his sentence and if anyone knows if it can id like to hear it thanks

Yeah those tack-on years seems very excessive. Judges are like cops...huge egos and he probably had his hurt by Dino's comment about the 20.
