True, and they know the FBI and Police are often taking pictures, usually from vans. They are walking, buying ice cream, and hanging out, no reason to run or attack a photographer.

Why would they go after them, that makes them look more suspicious and they would get in trouble. It’s not like the guy was in private property, he was recording on the street. For all the people that don’t recognize them they are just a bunch of friends meeting up for an espresso and a hand of cards at the local club, nothing illegal happening.

Are they asking the person holding the camera? Boy, you don't get your ass kicked but they give you ice cream instead. Nice.
If you'll listen to the old woman at the end, she tells the guy that poses for the camera that "he's been taking pictures" or something like that. I'll admit I didn't think it was someone just standing there either, but once I seen him move in the reflection of the car and when the old woman in the window says what she says I knew he had to be in the open. Crazy either way

At 5:39 in the video, the neighborhood surveillance system [granny in the window] says "he been takin pictures", guy says "I dont care" and flashes his junk lol

They're not talking to the camera guy. Look at their eyes, they're shouting ice cream questions (haha) to someone back over by the Ravenite behind the camera guy.
Boy, you guys are perceptive. It's almost scary. :)
