Correct. Bobby Cabert got life for this murder. Bobby rolled the dice at trial because he was already convicted in NJ State Court and got a ton of yrs. Also Bobby was closer to Gotti then the Gambino brothers and probably was persuaded to never please guilty. The refusal to cop plea deals was another in a long line of mistakes by Gotti.

im not trying to be cute but wasnt it a fight over a parking space? i know they were neighbors in astoria and i swear i read, maybe in sammys book, they had a feud over who got to park in the driveway or something like that

What was the full story to his murder? I know he whacked Giuseppe Gambino, a made guy under John Gambino, but why did Oliveri kill him? Who’s crew was Oliveri with?
