Oh most definitely Cabrini, recycled materials are used in the manufacture of cement, even plastics in Portland cement if you can believe it. To what percentage and degree this is done I'm not sure.

I mean, can you really get paid from removing trash, and get paid AGAIN by converting the trash to cement?
