I agree with you Rocco, he is living on borrowed time but the longer he goes without getting indicted leave me to question how solid the tapes are that allegedly include him.

Definitely could charge a Rico conspiracy against Dom if they wanted to by now, and I'm sure they could come up with two RICO predicate acts to get the indictment down but what i'm saying is if Dom's on tape telling them not to sell drugs and all they have against Servidio is selling drugs, that's probably why Dom hasn't been indicted yet, because he would have a defense at trial. And he'd get severed and the G might lose and guys would look bad and not get judgeships etc. I'm guessing they forwarded what they have against Dom to the group working on the RICO and Servidio and the rest will have plead by then and IF they can't charge a murder another weak RICO will get filed against Joey and a few of the guys once Joey's been out for a year or two and Dom will take a stretch in prison.
I think you are right to a point. I do think they are working with different agencies and sharing info to put together a larger case to get more involved. I don't think they have any plains of letting Dom go. They just want to build a bigger LCN case. They more you through at them the more likely some charges will stick and they will get time . Even if its minimal. He might be selling don't sell drugs but they got him taking dirty money explaining how the enterprise works. Dom is on the street on borrowed time.

I am sure they have more incriminating stuff and that is only what was released, but going by what was released doesnt seem like dead to rights.

Not saying they dont, but from the brief excerpt made public
Supports the RICO criminal Conspiracy. He can get dragged into a RICO on just conspiracy charge due to the fact that they have other crimes from his co-conspirators. Dom doesn't need to get caught with a bag or dope or drug money. They got him on tape taking the money and saying he is kicking it up the ladder just like the guy was doing with him. That's why RICO has been so successful and taking out top leaders in the mob without catching them red handed. Now had these other knuckleheads not been caught just getting him on take saying he is kicking up would not be enough for RICO. But they have at least 3-5 other crimes to create the RICO conspiracy charge.
Hmmm, so him taking the money, and then linking him to 3-5 other crimes by Servidio makes the RICO...
That wire tap linked them all together in the criminal conspiracy. That's how they nab the bosses with RICO. this Dom guy have any felony priors? If not he could plead out to 3-4yrs probably for a RICO conspiracy charge.
Dom pled guilty to promoting gambling in 2009.

anyway i strayed off topic a little but whats Dom Grande got going on? whats he involved with, rackets wise? maybe it sounds fucked up but I always picture the Philly (made) guys as not having too much stuff going on themselves, just extorting and taxing everyone else with a hustle who isnt made

anyone knowingly selling fentanyl passed off as (less harmful) prescription pills should get hit with big numbers in my opinion. fuck this guy. he had a lot of time to drum up some other hustles or work and this is what he ends up getting involved with. even selling fentanyl as fentanyl, as bad as it is, at least the customers know and are asking for it. fent pressed pills could make their way easily into the hands of an innocent "lightweight" who's used to popping half a 30 normally and now they end up dead

a good kid i grew up with died of an OD last winter because someone sold him fent as something else. his death lead to an investigation that took a lot of people down last week, including another neighbor of ours who was friends with the kids parents. one of the guys on the supply chain was recorded saying the kids death was good for business because other junkies are showing up wanting the same stuff, but its just fentanyl. i hope they hit these people with big years. selling dope and pills is one thing, selling shit that can kill someone if the dosage is half a microgram off passing it off as dope and pills is really delporable shit

Taking money from guys without a link to the specific crime won't get you there by itself. Think of Merlino, he was taking envelopes from half of Florida and they couldn't indict him for it. For the Feds to throw this in a Rico for even one act in furtherance, they have to link Dom to knowingly taking money from the drug dealing act itself, good chance Servidio was dealing on the sneak and there is no tape linking Dom to the dealing. They probably have a tape of Dom admonishing him not to deal when he laid out the rules.

I think something with AP caused them to pull the trigger early, he probably relapsed or something. Now they are waiting to see if the Philly feds can put an indictment together against Dom so they can toss some of their stuff that way, otherwise the sueprseding indictment would have come already, imo. I'm not saying Dom is walking but these guys are going to take 8-10 years on the chin soon and Dom will still be on the street.

Then why hasn’t Dom been indicted?
Cause it doesn’t work that way. This gets rolled up into a bigger superseding indictment. Like Camuso in the Bonanno indictment. It says capo1 even though everyone knows it’s Camuso.

Then why hasn’t Dom been indicted?
Because they have that charge whenever they want it. The more they can add in the longer the potential sentence. I’m sure they’re looking to hammer him with a long sentence and see if he would flip like his dad did.

The unnamed member talking about kicking up is surely Dom Grande. You wonder what else he's got him on tape saying...

My guess is because the feds are building a big case and don't want to show their hand yet. They are taking longer than I thought but when the indictment comes it will be interesting to see who's named.
