Kansas City Chart
[hsimg]https://theblackhand.club/forum ... eg[/hsimg]
Having trouble trying to post the image, but there’s an admittedly well made chart of the Kansas City LCN.
I mean, it’s bullshit right? Is there really any activity?
I’ll try again to post the image, but i the meantime, it’s over at r/mafia.
Maybe it’s been discussed or already seen, if so, I apologise.

Ha. I figured it out. Anyway, there it is. Dated 2033 too. Maybe it’s a joke…?

Re: Kansas City Chart
Pretty much all the information is from the recent articles published by Scott B about the Kansas group, though I added John Termini as a suspected member (which I feel is fair - can anybody confirm if he's even still alive?) and Jerry Cammisano because the articles reference the 2010 bookmaking bust and he was involved there, along with the connection to his now deceased brother.
I don't really have any particular insight into whatever remains in KC (personally believe it can't be much at all) but I thought it would be cool to put together a graphic to represent the Gangster Report articles.

Re: Kansas City Chart
Hey! Joe Puzzles. Mad handle. Like I said, great chart, it’s definitely well made. Like I said though, besides a few gambling related indictments involving some of Willie the Rats’ progeny, I didn’t think there was an actual structural organisation left in KC.
So this was some of Scott B’s work? I mean, I subscribe the podcast and look forward to any time he and James B. release new ‘sodes. Like I said though, even with a handful of made guys still getting around, albeit slowly with canes and walkers, that doesn’t necessarily equate to an active Family. In any case, like i said; nice work on the chart brother.
Any further insight or thoughts from anyone else? I know we’ve got a few KC guys on the board.

I noticed in the Cammisano family there are the Lombardos and Nirgos. Has anyone come across links between them and the Lombardos-Nigros of Chicago?
I saw Antiliar wrote this in the Chicago origins thread

Marion (Marano) Nigro of Kansas City, who was associated with the DiGiovannis and others, was from Marano Principato, Calabria. His parents were Giovanni (John) and Emilia Ruffalo Nigro, and he married Rose Sorrentino. Giovanni's parents were Pietro Nigro and Carolina Passerilli.
I think there's a possibility they were related
Re: Kansas City Chart
I believe John Termini is still alive. I found an obituary from November 2022 who I believe to be his brother and it says "survived by...his brother, John..."

Unless I don't recall correctly, I thought there was mention somewhere that a descendant of Anthony Mangiaracina was still around too and may be affiliated with the sparse remnants.

Re: Kansas City Chart
Willie Cammisano Jr’s sister Catherine married Anthony Nigro of KC. His paternal grandfather was Antonio Nigro, who immigrated to KC from Marano Principato, Cosenza province (an area of Calabria with very strong connections to both Chicago and Kenosha); he was a paternal uncle of the Mariano Nigro of KC that Antiliar noted above.OcSleeper wrote: ↑Wed Jan 18, 2023 5:06 pm I noticed in the Cammisano family there are the Lombardos and Nirgos. The father of Joey Lombardo’s wife, Marion Nigro (she was also the first cousin of Chicago member Joey Andriacchi), was also named Mariano Nigro, and he was also from Marano Principato. Despite the name, when I looked into both Nigro families’ genealogies I found no connections, at least back through several generations. If there was any relation, it was presumably distant (Nigro is a common surname in Cosenza).
What specific Lombardo are you wondering about in KC? Chicago’s Joey Lombardo was Bares’ (and his original surname was actually Lombardi). There weren’t many Baresi who settled in KC, and I don’t see a record for anyone from Bari with the Lombardi surname there. There were, of course, a bunch of Sicilians from all around Sicily named Lombardo in KC (Lombardo being one of the most common surnames in Sicily, as well as common in other regions of Italy).

Re: Kansas City Chart
is the deluna pictured related to the one who was caught on tape played by vinny vella in casino?
If so, what's this deluna's story?
Q: What doesn't work when it's fixed?

Re: Kansas City Chart
Thanks, was wondering because his name doesn't seem to appear in the Missouri black book anymore
From the recent reporting he still seems to be around and his name similarly still remains on the Missouri gaming exclusion list
He is the younger brother of Carl "Tuffy" DeLuna, the Artie Piscano character in Casino
