Don’t know much about him; based on the name, I assume that he’s an Albanian from either Macedonia or Kosovo. All the other names of his guys are Albanian too. Articles about his bust state that Iseni’s gambling operations “were reputedly tied to the mafia”. Presumably, they have some LCN connections, but I haven’t seen any specifics.
