San Cataldo (Caltanissetta)
Cataldo Terminio (acting?)
Leonardo Messina was a San Cataldo capodecina and must have identified a lot of the bosses in Caltanissetta province.

Re: HISTORICAL BOSSES OF OTHER SICILIAN PROVINCES
For the Enna province; according to the books "La mafia in provincia di Enna: una storia negata" and "Mafia balorda" by Jose' Trovato, this is the sequence of provincial bosses (the first book quotes the "pentito" Ciro Vara):
Giovanni Mongiovino (killed in 1983)
Francesco Seggio (1983-???)
Giacomo Sollima (probably a misspelling of Giacomo Sollami)
Paolo Valvo (with Salvatore Saitta as underboss and Gaetano Leonardo as consigliere; ???-1990)
Salvatore Saitta (with Gaetano Leonardo as underboss and Liborio Micciche' as consigliere; 1990-1992)
?????
Raffaele Bevilacqua
Salvatore Seminara
