Guy Fisher was a member of the Harlem Council. He was screwing Shameeka (sp); Barnes lady. Barnes instructed her to fuck any one but just no one associated with him. He then used this to turn on the Council. Essentially, Fisher received life on Barnes testimony. Barnes is a shit and naive to believe he could keep a small group together in a large ocean. Shameeka and her brother were contract murdered on the orders of Gotti's Heroin partner.

The only thing I’ll say for Fisher is he’s been locked up for several years longer than Manna and he’s apparently been a model inmate. He got a Masters degree and a PHD while locked up, and he’s tried to mentor and steer a lot of other inmates away from a life of crime. I think he’s also stopped people from making movies and documentaries about his life because he doesn’t want the criminality celebrated or glorified. Apparently health wise he’s in real bad shape, though.
