Re: John Pennisi interview with Cosa Nostra News
so far the events hes leading up to are described in full detail, in the trial transcripts posted in the fbi files section here. lets see if he gives any more anecdotes or things that he couldn't or wouldn't necessarily say in court. the Castelle brothers seemed like huge assholes, but Pennisi’s story is weird. the way he tells it makes it sound like he was really made out of nowhere, then shunned/ostracized just as fast. theres gotta be a lot of gaps and things he’s leaving out. lets see if Scarpo gets him to fill them in

Re: John Pennisi interview with Cosa Nostra News
I was going to give it one more installment before I brought it up, but you can track everything being written verbatim pretty much from the Pennisi testimony posted in FBI Files with some extra exaggerations as you pointed out.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 2:26 pmNow he was meant to be an acting Capo.Shellackhead wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 12:04 pm https://www.cosanostranews.com/2020/09/ ... e.html?m=1 Part 2

Re: John Pennisi interview with Cosa Nostra News
I knew that was bullshit, I remember in one of his testimony he said that it took him close to a year to assault the son in law of Steven Crea Sr & they decided to give the job to Spanky Castelle & he did it in a matter of days. There’s no way they would of given a guy like that his own crew.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 2:26 pmNow he was meant to be an acting Capo.Shellackhead wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 12:04 pm https://www.cosanostranews.com/2020/09/ ... e.html?m=1 Part 2

How does anyone know that’s bullshit? We can take it with a grain of salt but to call it outright bullshit with zero proof is foolish.

Re: John Pennisi interview with Cosa Nostra News
Is it in court testimony? He talks about everything under the sun giving specific play by play details of a making ceremony (going so far as to detail the expressways he took and the streets he went down to get to the house where the ceremony took place) so if that was truth then I'm sure it would have been brought up in court testimony since he also talked in detail how he came to be proposed and that whole process of him being on the list, etc.johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 5:20 am How does anyone know that’s bullshit? Re: John Pennisi interview with Cosa Nostra News
The prosecution would have HIGHLIGHTED that if it was true...here is a guy who was on track to become an acting capo so that makes him even more credible as to the events at hand. Don't think for one minute that wouldn't have happened.
