Feel sorry for the likes of sonny black napolitano . Guys like Greg depalma and patsy parrello would have been also whacked in a heartbeat if they had let agents infiltrate there crews in the 70s and 80s . Just goes to show how times have changed

I think the internal power struggle going on in the Bonanno family had as much to do with him getting killed as the whole Brasco thing. The Brasco thing just sealed his fate since he lost all his support after that.

Yeah I agree pogo , massino and napolitano were allegedly feuding , I think the Donnie Brasco affair made it easy for massino to illiminate a powerful rival

The two faced fact is that Massino had Sonny Black killed for bringing in Brasco but he later turned around and ratted out as many mobsters as he could. There is no real honor in the Mafia anymore.
