Joe Notch and Frankie Notch
Last week long time Colombo family member Joe Notch passed away in Florida. Today his son Frankie Notch passed away. They were heavily involved in the war, correct?
You know I could have worked for U P fucking S and made more money then this....

Frankie Notch was a junkie. Joe Notch went way back with the family. I remember one Scarpa file that side Joe Notch was fuming about the hit on Colombo in 71 and said he was going to go to President Street armed to the teeth and take the Gallos out. Scarpa said the guys later laughed it off and said let him go commit suicide if he wants. Joe Notch was all show he said.

Frankie notch funeral mass was held at star by the sea in Staten Island. Joe notch was obviously down in Florida where he’s been living

Man. Frankie Notch was only 59 as well. He was the reason why the earliest hit of the war failed, the hit on Scarpa. Got too excited and shot early. Iannaci was quick to redeem himself though with the execution of Hank the Bank Smurra as he entered a donut shop.

Frankie Notch continued to be involved in the family after the war, although he was never made, possibly due to being a crackhead. He was under Big Anthony Russo, and was part of the L&P Spumoni Gardens/The Square shakedown.
