Relation Between Joe Lombardo and Joe Andriacchi

I had always heard that Joe Lombardo and Joe Andriacchi were related. I think I may have stumbled on a some actual evidence regarding that claim.

One, Catherine Spina, is listed as Mother of Catherine Nigro, who was Lombardo's mother-in-law.

And here (at 2012 W Ohio, the building next door to Lombardo's longtime residence) are all the Andriacchi's in the same building with a Bruno Spina.
Obviously that might mean that the Spina's related to Lombardo's Wife's side of the family as well.
