Are plenty of old mobsters that can try again to get a compassionate release.
For you who will be the next?
For me Vic Orena.

The motion which was formulated by the judge in Manna’s case made it seem as if the only reason he is receiving compassionate release is because he has one foot in the grave along with the fact that he’s served 36 years.
Orena’s case is currently in the Second Circuit again. His last shot it seems because he’s been denied compassionate release and he was resentenced to life again last year, if I remember correctly

that guy orderd alot of murders and did a few. crazy you can even get a lawyer to try or a judge to listen. 2025 stay woke. I guess your paying out of pocket for the lawyer....
Re: Who will be the nect to get a compassionate release?
I'd be shocked if Orena was released, he has much more direct connection to murder than Manna does that the State can point to. Orena was effectively a Boss during a War that he started, Manna was a Consig. Iirc Manna wasn't convicted of murder, he was convicted of conspiring to murder none of which happened.Little_Al1991 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:24 am The motion which was formulated by the judge in Manna’s case made it seem as if the only reason he is receiving compassionate release is because he has one foot in the grave along with the fact that he’s served 36 years.

Judge Block hinted that he would release him on compassionate grounds though I agree with you. His latest appeal stems from being resentenced to life by a new judge who took his case.Camo wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 9:26 amI'd be shocked if Orena was released, he has much more direct connection to murder than Manna does that the State can point to. OT, but does anyone know if Little Jimmy Marcello is still at ADX in Supermax? Feels like there hasn’t been a proper update on his inmate status in a very long time.

That isn’t why he’ll die there though. It’s because they were plotting to hit one of the prosecutors or the judge or something, and because he was trying to control the family through his brotherfuriofromnaples wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 4:13 amYes,is still there. He killed Nicholas D'Andrea and the Spilotro brothers,so for sure he will die in prison.

Re: Who will be the nect to get a compassionate release?
Marcello is the biggest crock of bullshit I have ever seen. He should be at the very least moved to another prison facility to serve out his time. Keep him locked up if you choose to do so, but dont' treat him like he's on the level of someone who blew up the twin towers on 9/11.
Re: Who will be the nect to get a compassionate release?
Orena should have been released decades ago or at the bare minimum gotten a new trial.

Re: Who will be the nect to get a compassionate release?
Orena got innocent people killed with his insurrection. That's a big no-no in terms of what you might call "Mob PR." Lot of apathetic general public and even some more cynical law enforcement types don't really care if these guys kill each other, but you hurt innocent people they're gonna get outraged.
My problem is I hate everybody.
