How would I go about getting Willy Boy Johnson’s 209s and 302s?

When I requested his file, not much was given. just stuff from 1979.

But he was an outer and known informer

A lot of his quoted 209 files are really juicy

How would I go about requesting these files?

My only suggestion would just be to be as specific as possible in the request, and then follow-up through the FOIA Questions email citing the case number and getting even more specific with what you want. Hopefully others have better advice.

Any info on willy boy AFTER he was outed?? What made him stay in queens? He must have known he was gonna be killed one day

Usually 302s are included as sub-files of cases. There may not just be one 302, either. They may have several spread across multiple files, especially in the case of an informant like Johnson. Cooperating witnesses (Gravano, Nick Calabrese) tend to only have one as they have not contributed information over the course of several years like informants.
