13 - Toby Ryan - President of Building & Construction Trades of Delaware
14 - Joseph Glimco - President of Teamsters Local Union 777 - Italian-American labor leader and notorious organized crime figure based in Chicago, Glimco earned the reputation of "Chicago's top labor racketeer" during the 1950s. A high-ranking Chicago Teamsters leader described him as the embodiment of the mob, stating, "He is the mob. When he opens his mouth, it's the syndicate talking." Glimco played an active role in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) and maintained a close association with Teamsters president Jimmy Hoffa. As a capo in the Chicago Outfit, an organized crime syndicate, he oversaw the syndicate's labor racketeering endeavors.
Collaborating closely with Tony "Joe Batters" Accardo, who led the Chicago Outfit from 1943 to 1957, and Sam "Momo" Giancana, who led the syndicate from 1957 to 1966, Glimco was deeply entrenched in the criminal activities of the Chicago underworld. A United States Senate committee once asserted that Glimco ran "the nation's most corrupt union." Among his various aliases were Joey Glimco, Tough Guy Glimco, Joseph Glinico, Joseph Glielmi, and Joey Clinco. Additionally, he was known as "Little Tim" Murphy, a reference to Timothy "Big Tim" Murphy, a Chicago mobster and labor racketeer with close ties to the Teamsters, whom the Chicago Outfit feared and ultimately assassinated in 1928.
15 - Emmet Fitzpatrick - District Attorney - After leaving the DA office, Fitzpatrick garnered significant success in federal RICO cases. Notably, he secured the acquittal of Teamsters boss Frank Sheeran in 1980. Fitzpatrick played a crucial role in obtaining the release of Raymond "Long John" Martorano due to prosecutorial misconduct and double jeopardy; however, Martorano later fell victim to a mob hit in 2002. In the 1990s, Fitzpatrick also achieved acquittals for mobsters Gaeton Lucibello and Luigi "Gino" Tripodi. Furthermore, he served as a lead attorney in cases and appeals related to mob boss Joseph "Skinny Joey" Merlino.

In 2018, he was elected chair of the Road Transport Section of the International Transport Workers' Federation during its quadrennial Congress in Singapore. Hoffa holds the distinction of being the second-longest serving General President of the Teamsters Union, following Dan Tobin, who served from 1907 to 1952.
