Thank you JCB. I’m about to post an article from the Sydney Morning Herald in the Mafia Down Under Discussion. Interesting because apparently he felt “protected” by his dual Australian-Italian citizenship. Basically getting arrested by Interpol in Bali is what gives him no legal recourse, according to a statement from the AFP. I don’t think it would have happened if he’s stayed in Adelaide. Makes you wonder how long they had been watching him.

Yes, as an Australian citizen the red notice by interpol cannot be actioned upon for purposes of extradition. (different would have been if he was sentenced/convicted and not just 'wanted')
