What about Neil Migliore? Was he made by the the Buffalino's and transferred?
Wasn't it Allie Persico Sr. the Patriarca's did this with as a favour to Carmine?
Pretty sure the guys Ray Sr made went to the Springfield faction of the Genovese. I forget if Nicky Bianco was made by Ray and transferred to the Columbus briefly, vice versa, or if he was just sent as peace broker during the Gallo wars. Also if I am not mistaken Henry Tamello was a Bonanno before he came to the Patriarcas. I could be mistaken though.

I made a thread a while back about the rumor that Tameleo was originally a Bonanno member and could find no substance to support it or where that idea originally comes from: viewtopic.php?t=9371

The thread also goes into other NE transfers, etc.

Thanks B. Also, I know Double Deal podcast has been mentioned on here, by far the best NE OC podcast out there. They dropped a short Bianco episode the other day where they say Bianco was either made by the Colombos in 57' before Appalachian or by Ray in 62'. They thought the Colombo story was more believable because the books were still open then and were supposed to be closed after Appalachian.

I don't know who does Double Deal but we know for a fact that Bianco was made in a 1963 ceremony in an NYC restaurant and that Patriarca and Tameleo visited NYC to officiate. They received special permission from the Commission to induct him as it was felt Bianco could help mediate the Gallo conflict and he was a NE member between 1963 and 1965 then transferred to the Colombos in 1965 until 1973 when he transferred back to NE.

We have sources like Scarpa who can confirm all this. If you're in touch with Double Deal you can tell them this is all available in FBI files.

I can reach out as I message them from time to time. I do know that almost all of there info is based on FBI and LE documents other than some of the first hand stuff about one of the hosts father. They have a great show that I recommend to anyone interested in NE stuff. It's a little different than other shows because it's two women who run it. So there's no tough guy ego stuff, agendas or biases, and can be a little dry but I love their podcast.I wonder if they missed that Scarpa insight because the files they were looking at were from NE sources and not NY sources? Who knows.
