No clue exact club and I don't think my source really knew either - I also cannot identify any of the other guys. Looks like a typical drop ceiling ground level industrial building with a decent kitchen inside. I assumed they are around a card table or something.

There is one with Gagliano, Dote, and Carparelli from the late 80s or early 90s. Not sure it's been posted here. I may have seen it on Facebook.

Cataudella is like the king of this given his alleged rank and importance. You never see any pics of him other than the one with Sarno behind the car from like 20 years ago and the one mugshot from I think about 30, and he never gets any media attention, either.
