Racketeering statutes are complicated but if you are still deliberating 3 or 4 days later either you acquit or send the jury home with a mistrial. Garbage case anyway, even the feds don't know what happened with Meldish. They just hate Londonio, Crea and Madonna.

Long deliberations are usually seen as good for the defense. But the jury for joe c was only out one day and found him not guilty so you never know

My call Crea and Madonna skate on murder but done for racketeering and get 15 anyway.
Londonio is fucked, done on everything and gets life.

The murder charges are thrown in to influence the jury. Most juries out of human nature also do not like to give aquiltals down the line on multiple charges, so after a few not guilty verdict they throw in a guilty verdict.

Crea paid back the 40k or whatever it was that his daughters ex husband stole for the disabled kids school. If the jury heard that, I bet they are deadlocked on multiple counts. We will find out tmrw.

With all the dirty and questionable shit the feds pulled on this case and the scum witnesses they have I’m hoping they all get acquitted. It would be a different story if the Feds played fair but IMO they didn’t and they will do anything in their power to sink these guys.
That’s the guy, Adriana. My Uncle Tony. The guy I’m going to hell for.

If things are going the defense way they might acquit on the murder and deadlock on the racketeering charges. That would stink for Crea and Madonna because they still might not get bail awaiting a retrial.

Regarding the trial, what sources does everyone use?
Do we all use nypost, nydailynews and that's it? I tried innercitypress, and sdny twitter handle for some information as well... But there has to be a more up to date courthouse news wire of some sort, No?

They were all convicted. Londonio was acquitted of the prison escape plot but still faces life.

Each were found guilty of (among other things) murder in aid of racketeering, which has a mandatory minimum sentence of life in prison.

All now lifers.

I wonder if any pull a Massino.
