Aren't the pernas brokering coke too? Somebody (or multiple people) probably flipped. Loansharking is almost always considered a violent felony but I guess it can vary case by case. If one of those guys was a previous felon or on paper I could see it happening. Makes you wonder if they're putting some ppl back on the street before they release a revised indictment

It was his son who died last year, Wayne Cross jr.. Unfortunately he passed at a very young age. Not sure how he passed though. Maybe an illness.

So the Lucchese admin on the street is DeSantis as the Acting Boss. Frank Papagni as Underboss and Anthony “Bowat” Baratta as the Consigliere but Zappola is identified as being on a ruling panel?

This is similar to what Pennisi has said but if Zappola is on a ruling panel then why is there an Acting Boss? Usually, we don’t see an Acting Boss and a ruling panel in a family
