Here is some info I found on Grado while going through JD's old posts,

"Anthony Grado's name was on one of the early 1990s induction lists. Probably identical to the Anthony Grado released from Federal prison in 2002 with a DOB circa 1964. This same Grado was arrested in 1981 on auto theft related charges in Canarsie, and we know the Brooklyn Luccheses were bringing in a lot of guys under Amuso/Casso."
