It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Everyone seemed to head South in the 1980's as everything in Northeast Ohio WENT SOUTH for everybody. Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Naples Tampa. I went down there in 1981 and didn't return until 1989. Economy sucked in Cleveland Akron Youngstown. A lot of people from that area were spending a lot of time in Florida licking their wounds.

We got inactive members down.

You wrote that in '85 Milton Rockman was an unofficial consig. Added. Is there any other administrative changes/additions?

After that, we'll focus on the crews.

Nice to have Friends on here who care. :D

Well the 60's is done. If you want the 80's started, you and Strocco whip it out the next few days with photos and it'll give me something to work on and if I don't make it then my laptop will be found and my work continued. ;)

I got this from JCB a while ago and he told me it was OK to copy and paste it here.

He was given his button prior to his trial for the Danny green murder. His wife received gambling payments every single month from Joseph Perfette through Orlie Carabbia while he was locked up. According to Special Agent Bob Hawk of the Cleveland FBI office, Lonardo felt he deserved to be made and also the top guys in Cleveland wanted to ensure that he kept his mouth shut which is why they paid his wife monthly and footed the bill for his legal defense.

Prior to that, he was a high-ranking associate and a very close ally to Tony the Dope who trusted Ronnie enough to let him run his section of Mahoning County without interference.

Ronnie would've been made sooner but Angelo Lonardo couldn't get past the fact that his brother Charlie was a loudmouth and could not be controlled, even by Ronnie.

I haven't lived in Youngstown for quite a few years. I have no idea as to who or what goes on there any more.
I only know that RC and RC Jr are still alive.
