Tony Giordano did live at the Roland Blvd address, but I’m not sure the exact years. When he died in 1980, he was living at 5966 Finkman St in STL; Giordano was reported as living there since at least 1973. Not sure how the neighborhoods of STL are laid out, but the two address are in completely different parts of town (all I know is that the historical Italian colony was “The Hill”, which is closer to the Finkman address than the Roland address).

The Roland Blvd address was in an FBI file in the 1960's

735 Sanford Street, Rockford, Illinois, the home for many years of Salvatore Oliveri. Oliveri was listed as a Rockford LCN member after leaving Chicago after the Capone/Aiello war he settled in the Bronx for a time and then moved to Rockford around 1932.

This could be arguably one of the worst neighborhoods in the entire country I think? It's gotta be up there. Rochester is a little nicer in whole, but some of the spots the old Rochester LCN guys were at (Bay Street / Goodman Street area, Jay Street) are pretty crazy as well. I know both cities fairly well and to hear about where some of the old hangouts, lounges, gambling spots, even restaurants were at is crazy to me
