A rental. But still a car that came back to his name. Like I said he probably does this shit daily that’s why he’s so lax about it. Like I said he could have taken 5 minutes and put a paper dealer plate on the car, or stolen a License plate for the sale make, model, color car and double side tape it over the real plate and pull it off once you’re done ... like I said the bringing of cellphones is the end of everyone ... how hard is it to leave that shit at home. Then you got an alibi.. they can check your cell location and it will be sitting at your house...

great post, I agree. I think pleading guilty right now is a great move. Take the hit and try to get released because of the virus. Do you think the plea would happen right now without the current health situation? I don't, I think its a good move to try and get out sooner. Could be way off...

So buffalino went fully legit??? You don’t think he’s got any book or shy going on?? Or kicking up to anyone?? (Not like I would even know who’s left to be getting kicked up to, anyone have status on Matty in Rhode Island) just seems kinda crazy to me cause buffalino seemed like a real blue collar gangster... but maybe he just got sick if the rats and realized there ain’t no money left and he’s better off legit....

Sentencing set for July for Billy. He had no plea agreement in place prior to pleading guilty. Facing 20 years. It'll be interesting to see how long the judge sentences him. He is a stand up guy...but if he gets a short sentence, one would have to wonder if he is cooperating? I can't understand why his attorney did not arrange a plea agreement...
