Yep in an interview with VladTV a couple months ago. He was downplaying Bufalino’s status in that era said “I actually know the shooter. He’s still alive, and he’s in prison.” And then he insuated he had tapes to prove it that he would release when the time was right.

Lol then he said he was catching too much shit from Perisco about the gas business. He said Fritzy Giovanelli was a close friend of his and he confided to him that Junior was all over him about gas tax money. He said Giovanelli called him the next day to come see Chin on Houston St. Apprently he and Chin had a walk and talk, at which point Chin asked Mike if he wanted to change families. Mike said thanks but no thanks. He said he thought there was a chance Chin made the offer because he hated Persico, and knew it would irritate Persico and there was nothing he could do about it.
