Just found this thread, and its a great discussion. Any idea who all of the active Mancuso supporters are? The ones that come to mind for me are John Spirito Jr, Ernest Aiello, Vinny tv, Enzo Stagno, Pat Maiorino. Who else?
Off the top of my head I can also think of capo John Palazzolo, as well as possibly capos John Sciremammano and the Caroleo Bros. (acting capos).

A quick google didn’t turn up any.
And who are they acting for?
It's only Vincent 'Vinny Goo' Caroleo who is an acting capo, actually. Just double-checked that now. He is a Staten Island-based acting capo and operates two auto body stores in Staten Island and Queens. He was spotted meeting with John Palazzolo in 2014. He was spotted meeting with Bobby Attanasio in 2017.

The only reference I can find are in the Attanasio trial articles.
Do you know who he’s acting for and any pics you know of?
He was shelved for a period of time a few years ago. Evidently he was taken off the shelf since he was seen at some of the big Bonannos meetings a few years ago.
