Is there a reason dealers cut H with carfentnyl and fentanyl?

It sounds nonsensical to me. Why would you want to kill off your client base? I don't understand.

Shit..when people hear you're serving dope that is KILLING people, its like dealer is the Pied Piper of Hamlin or something...he cant beat them away with a stick, man.

Way it was explained to me is when bought in bulk, fentanyl is dirt cheap, and now you got the additive that yields some powerful ass heroin going on the street with a life threatening potency level. Do me a favor, Sonny. Pour out some table salt in the palm of your hand, and keep out four little grains. That is roughly 2 MG of fentanyl you're holding. Now imagine the Jigaboo Einstein on the street whacking an already potent drug like heroin, with 4 grains of fentanyl.

Now with carfentanyl, they rely on the same booboo to. whack the heroin with something used as a tranquilizer for bears, and is strong enough to put down a fucking elephant. Unlike white fentynal, it has a ģrayish hue to it, and when they mix this with the fentynal, and heroin, they call it Gray Death.

This case is getting more and more interesting. Jacobs is going to absolutely destroy rubeo if it goes to trial talking about all the deleted calls and texts and rubios drug abuse. Rubeo was probsbly so faded back on xannny bars and perc 30s that he was a mess. How does an old school skipper like patsy keep some pill junky around him. Earned or not it's a liability the bad far outweighs the good. Unless all these young guys do a really good job at keeping their pill habits a secret.

Yeah it is cheap and gives it a huge kick, but these guys arent scientists and dont cut it even, even a few specks too many can be a lethal dosage

If it was done by a professional it wouldnt be that bad, but some dope dealer in a trap house is gonna cut it with a blade, mix it a few times and say thats good enough, put it out on t he street

Plus, as sick as it sounds, when an addict hears..."this batch killed 3 people" they think, damn that is fire I need that shit, it wont happen to me

For the record ive never done heroin jus took pills(not that that makes me better than anyone else an addict is an addict)but i do know tbis, they dont cut H with anything anymore, they just sell pure fentnoyl now.

There's a major opioid pills crisis here in NJ/NY/Philly in my age group (I'll be 33 next week) and it's mainly amongst the White kids. I'm in Jersey and the pills crisis is at what they call an epidemic level here. That's why it seems like majority of young Associates are all pill heads.

The "Opioid Crisis Response Act of 2018", authored by Republican Senator Lamar Alexander from Tennesee, was just recently passed by the Senate because of this exact drug problem.

The Feds usually view an assault on someone in their protection as an assault on the Feds themselves. And for a reason. Why this is the exception is beyond me.

I've seen that charcoal colored deezle. I knew right away it was not the real thing. The fent & carfent are both horrible and super dangerous. The shit needs to be banned world wide just like methaquaalone (Queludes) was years ago. China is using it a weapon against the U.S. It is working.

They don't necessarily mean to kill them, as Doobeez said. They just cut the shit out of the product with unsafe additives in order to increase the profit and sometimes the effect of the drug. With that said, I don't think they really care about anyone dying from it as long as they still turn a profit.
