Re: Mob Houses
I was thinking the same thing. You are from the area...research the Detroit mob...recognized the house in a local commercial...not sure why that is so weirdDoubleZ wrote:Weird that I know this house, and then saw it on a TV commercial? Not that weird.SonnyBlackstein wrote:DoubleZ wrote:Black Bill Tocco's Grosse Pointe Park home was featured in a Chrysler 300 commercial a few years back.
That is so weird that anyone should know that.
Interesting. But weird.
But I am pretty sure this guy is trolling to ruffle feathers or oblivious.

I think this is Ernest Muscerellas house, or at the very least he owns this property. I'm not sure but I think Patty Falcetti also lives in Locust Point in the Bronx. I remember reading in the Buster Ardito indictment that Locust Point has a lot of Genovese Capos living there.

As long as you don't get murdered the Canadian Bonanno crew is the one to belong to, those guys raking in some cash!
Re: Mob Houses
That's a different house I think. Barney's is Forrest Road in Pelham Manor.Fughedaboutit wrote:http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/48-Fo ... 4019_zpid/Wiseguy wrote:Here we go. Click on the link below. All roads lead to New York.
Re: Mob Houses
That house shown in the Barney pic is actually 60 Forest Road. According to the website PropertyShark, there is no 48. Number 60 (the one in the pic) is owned currently by a Greek husband and wife. The date of the last transaction was 2004 and it sold for 800K. Not sure, but I think Barney was away then, no?

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

When someone searches for a specific house from a Mobster, he can ask.
so we can make this thread still much better.

Seeing the Mother Mary statue in all the front yards remind of that statue as you entered my grandparents house, almost like a little shrine, an area that was built specific for her by my grandfather. Then, IDK, my mother burying some Saint Statue in the front yard for some reason, don't ask me why--I forget.

From what I remember, burying a St. Joseph statue in the front yard was supposed to help you sell the house.rayray wrote:Seeing the Mother Mary statue in all the front yards remind of that statue as you entered my grandparents house, almost like a little shrine, an area that was built specific for her by my grandfather.
