Since he's mentioned in the original post, what all is known about Anthony Rizzo?
Born 1887 in Palermo, died in 1962. Came to the US in 1906, which means he may have been an early D'Aquila member. Worked as a jeweler and was involved in bootlegging under Mangano, at some point becoming a captain. He sponsored his son John into the family -- were his other sons Joseph and Anthony Jr. involved? Grandson John Jr. is still around and a high-ranking member.
