Chicago has way more juice & soldiers than Philly. The Jessica Nesbitt brothel indictment alone shows that they still have enough manpower and juice to shakedown a massive brothel operation that was generating millions, and anyone who read the fine print in the Cassano-Galione indictment can obviously see that Chicago are very active. They have more going on than the Colombos, that is for sure, and probably more than the luccheses as well. The bonnanos are a glorified ghetto street gang operation at this point. They got punked out by some bikers at that funeral or whatever it was, and they had the entire ruling panel flip, for fucks sake.

The difference between Chicago and the rest of the east coast groups is Chicago guys aren’t on tape blabbing incessantly about ‘the Life’. They still talk in heavy code and shun the media. Philadelphia has their alleged boss doing some lame cringe podcast, I mean come on haha. In that Cassano-Galione case, you couldn’t get them one single time outright mentioning organized crime or mafia or outfit on wiretap. Everything was extremely heavily coded, like in the old days

If you look at their relative size and level of activity, the Luccheses, Colombos, and Bonannos are juggernauts compared to what's left of the mob in Chicago. Even the mob in Philly, what's left of it, has significantly more members than the Outfit. Chicago is down to 12-15 members, several of them inactive.
