Well then it's nicknames and photos from here on out. Once that's complete I'll finish the other chart and send both to you for final viewing and go-ahead.Stroccos wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2017 2:36 pmLooks pretty bad assChris Christie wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2017 2:13 pm I Just emailed you the map/chart. Also forgot Sam Scalish and 'Deangelus Columbus as you sent me their photos, there's Martelli or Martinelli too.
Go through the chart again, make a list of missing names you want added:
1) Tiscaro
2) Scalish, S
3) Columbus Deangelus (if I'm recalling that correctly).
4) ....

So in 1965, if Angelo Lonardo was still a soldier, that leaves Frank Brancato. Was he the only captain or only known captain in Cleveland city? In 1949 Angelo Lonardo claims DeMarco was a captain when he was made. In the 1920's there were at least two captains in the city.

Well, from my experience D'Angelo when not a surname is primarily a black name, I've met two in life (and also watched The Wire). But each area is different and some of the names Itals took in later generations are different than NY or Philly or my Detroit. Take Carmen for example, to me that's a Puerto Rican woman's name, I never met any Italian who spelled it m-e-n until I moved to Florida and met a Carmen Persico.Stroccos wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2017 9:34 ami believe its spelled deangelo but i also seen it d'angelo but when he was indicted i think it was deangelo ,Chris Christie wrote: ↑Sat Sep 02, 2017 12:34 amAlso forgot Sam Scalish and 'Deangelus Columbus as you sent me their photos, there's Martelli or Martinelli too.

We already got him. Made or associate?
So that leaves Triscaro and Marinelli, you got four more Cleveland spaces if you want to use them.

Re: Cleveland circa '65
the name D'Angelo is nothing more than a copy cat name for black people , who have taken it from the Italians who immigrated to America. D'Angelo is a common surname across all regions of Italy. I hope I didn't misunderstand your post.
