Went to Rao's. Say's he can go anywhere. "where here eating". if he was on the shelf, kicked out, in bad standing whatever you want to call it he wouldn't be going there or anywhere near it.

Who is going to do anything to this assclowm? He’s a joke and he is also very evidently completely losing his mind. Guy on the Real Deal claimed to have been around him a lot, said he was the worst person in the world. Like in one story he spat in the drink of some random civilian (not a mob guy at all) and forced him to drink it, shit like that.

Retired, not shelved. I wouldn't bet five cents that Joey is shelved. Joey probably leaked it to Capeci and Scott to keep the heat off. Serious guys within the group are the leadership and meet with other families. Joey plays the celebrity and stays out of prison. Really his only way to keep from getting indicted again.

Marty is one of the biggest pieces of shit that you will ever meet , I have personally seen him throw drinks at bouncers , try to run civilians over with his car drunk, fall off barstools spitting incoherent sentence fragments out, and he beats all his women. He is an utter scum bag. The funny thing is that his namesake son is an absolute gentleman and nice kid , very hard working. Lmfao , Marty is such a scum bag that one of his nicknames that the guys call him is “Leroy” hahahaha.

You can’t be involved in the life and have a podcast , like I said I haven’t seen any of the Philly guys anywhere near Joey all summer long. In the past you used to see all of them with Joey when he was out, nowadays you only see Marty the Drunk in the same establishment as Joey and even Marty will keep his distance , stay like 10 to 20 feet away from Joey out in public places.

You're right, with that podcast they'd have to be crazy to be out with Joey in public if they're still in the game. Just knowing how Joey was the pied piper as recently as before his last prison stint, I don't think Joey gets shelved. Maybe he steps aside, retires, whatever you want to call it. Might be semantics...but shelving has inclement negative implications and this situation seems very different and Joey is a different guy.
