Joey B recently moved out of South Philly (he was living in the Newest, Nicest Development of Packer Park) to a Mansion in South Jersey in Marlton in the woods, whatever he is doing he is making some serious coin.

are you talking about that big Renaissance group of townhouses?

The Renaissance houses go for like $1.2 mil, while the regular row houses in Packer Park are like $500k. The Renaissance places are like double the square footage of the older houses though, which were mainly built in the ‘50s.

Either way, pretty reasonable by NYC standards. The older places are much nicer than what you would get close to that price range even up here in the Bx.
