Joseph and Louis DiBono are from Palermo.

Pretty sure Guarnieri was Sicilian maybe Palermo but don't know. Garofalo crew which was mostly Palermitani.

Joe Ox Marino is almost certainly Sicilian as he was with the Traina crew (known members are 100% Western Sicilian). He was close to the early Manninos from Torretta and their mother was named Marino so his family might be from there but hard to trace.

The son Carmello, could be Charles.

I take that back. Carmelo Biondo (the brother) died in 1997. So he can not be the Charles Biondo listed as a Gambino member and deceased by 1969. So Charles Biondo is still a mystery.

- Salvatore Bonfrisco's first marriage was to the daughter of Lucchese boss Tom Reina (confirmed by Reina's wife, Oliveri) in 1935. His father was Thomas Bonfrisco (b. circa 1885-1887) and mother was Angelina, one record says "Bonfrico". Can't find any matches for Gaetano/Tommaso Bonfrisco or variations. Some Bonfriscos came from Palermo, others from Salerno. Reina marriage doesn't help given one daughter married a Neapolitan.

First wife (Reina) died in 1962 which is why he remarried.

I don't know if this is the right guy, but his parents came from Agrigento and had lived on 119 Elizabeth Street. His parent were Salvatore Biondo and Gaetana Mazza. His mother was Rosaria Saitta, and she came from Montevago.

Salvatore Bonfrisco was born to Emilio Thomas Bonfrisco, born 1885 in NYC, and Angelina. His parents were Serafino (Frank) and Antonia Bonafrisco. In a passenger manifest from 1897 it looks like someone matching his name and age left from Mogliani, which could be Magliano in Tuscany.

CC -- Joe Oxie Marino might still be alive. Might be hard to find a DOD even if he died recently since they've gotten weird about death records. I know he was a WWII combat veteran and the Manninos he was close with lived in Smithtown, Long Island, but he joined the Traina crew which was mostly in Brooklyn and Staten Island.
