Article said plea is that he “agrees to serve up to 40 years,” so probably hoping for something a shade less, and not a mandatory life sentence after a trial conviction.

I remember reading that the zottola son Salvatore I believe was a luchesse associate. Did this ever become a fact or just speculation trying to tie it to a crime family? I know the father Sally Daz was connected to the bonnanos at one time.
