It definitely seems that way. Henry was out of touch with reality. Seems like he didn’t want to roll on Paulie and slipped up with that no show job not realizing it’s illegal …The guy didn’t know fixing basketball games was illegal lol.Browniety86 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 2:49 amWonder if Henry didn't slip up and tell the Feds about Vrio providing him a no show job if Paul woulda died at home?PaddyWhack wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 8:22 pm Was truly odd seeing Karen Hill telling her side of the story on tv, even though she was in the dark to hide her identity, she has never made a appearance other then the book.

How was the episode for anyone who saw it
Re: Narco Wars: The Mob
Pretty good except for GA repeating everything he’s ever said again. Velvet glove quote about Gotti this time.

I really liked the Galante episode. Kudos to them for involving one of Galante's daughters; that's a perspective
lacking from ANY previous work about Galante. Whatever happened to Nina? I assume she took the news of her
father's murder less than well considering their closeness and her rumored personal history.
The episode on Long John was equally strong.

I didn't watch the Galante episode but I saw the segment on NG youtube channel. His daughter appears down to earth.
It also appears they're running out of mobsters to interview. Clowns like Fiordollino and Frank Dimatteo are now commenting Galante LOL...

Re: Narco Wars: The Mob
I had never heard of Carmine Galante going on 60 minutes with Roy Cohn or the George Martorano kidnapping story before. They are pretty good documentaries.
Re: Narco Wars: The Mob
Is it true Martorano was made after the McCullogh murder? Any info on which ceremony that was and who was made w him?

He was made in April 1981 along with Shotsie Sparacio. The ceremony was held at the LaCucina bar in South Philly.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.
